Programme Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to your purchase and participation in the Build Once, Sell on Repeat programme provided by Sell Your Brilliance Online (“we”, “us”, “our”).

Please read these terms carefully before purchasing the programme. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. The Programme

Build Once, Sell on Repeat is a six-month business education, coaching and implementation programme designed to help service-based business owners identify, develop, create, launch and refine a scalable offer.

The programme is scheduled to begin on 5 November 2026 and run for approximately six months.

The programme may include:

  • Online training and educational materials

  • Live group coaching and implementation sessions

  • Templates, worksheets and resources

  • Access to programme recordings

  • Guest expert training or workshops

  • Community and/or group support

  • Additional services specifically included within the VIP option

We may make reasonable changes to the programme schedule, session dates, content or delivery where necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated to participants.

2. Programme Options and Fees

At the time of launch, the following options are available:

  • Build Once, Sell on Repeat

    £950 paid in full

    or

    6 monthly instalments of £175 (£1,050 total)

  • Build Once, Sell on Repeat — VIP

    £1,250 paid in full

    or

    6 monthly instalments of £225 (£1,350 total)

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling.

Where applicable, taxes will be handled in accordance with current UK tax requirements.

3. Payment Plans

Choosing an instalment plan does not create a monthly subscription or a pay-as-you-go arrangement.

You are purchasing the full six-month programme and agreeing to pay the total instalment-plan price in the scheduled instalments.

If you choose an instalment plan, payments will normally be collected automatically using the payment method provided at checkout.

You are responsible for ensuring that your payment details remain valid and that sufficient funds are available for scheduled payments.

If a payment fails, we may contact you and attempt to collect the outstanding payment again.

Where payments remain overdue, we reserve the right to suspend access to the programme, training materials, live sessions, community and other programme resources until your account is brought up to date.

Your obligation to make the remaining payments does not automatically end because you stop participating in the programme.

4. Consumer Cancellation Rights

If you are purchasing the programme as a consumer, you may have a statutory right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of entering into the contract under applicable UK consumer law.

If you ask us to begin supplying digital content, programme access or services during the cancellation period, your cancellation rights may be affected depending on the nature of the content or services supplied and the consent provided during checkout.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to limit or exclude any statutory rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

If you wish to exercise a statutory cancellation right, please contact us using the contact details provided on this page.

5. Refunds and Cancellation After the Statutory Cancellation Period

Unless required by law, payments made for Build Once, Sell on Repeat are non-refundable once any applicable statutory cancellation period has expired.

If you choose not to participate, miss sessions, change your mind or are unable to complete the programme for personal or business reasons, this does not automatically entitle you to a refund or release you from outstanding instalment payments.

If exceptional circumstances arise, please contact us. Any discretionary arrangement we choose to offer will be considered on an individual basis and does not create an obligation to provide the same arrangement in other circumstances.

6. Live Sessions and Recordings

Live programme sessions will generally be delivered online.

We intend to provide recordings of relevant sessions where appropriate. However, we cannot guarantee that every live session will be recorded or that recordings will always be available where technical issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control prevent this.

By participating in live group sessions, you acknowledge that your name, voice, image and contributions may be captured in programme recordings.

If you have concerns about appearing in a recording, please contact us before participating in a live session.

Programme recordings are provided for the personal use of programme participants and must not be shared, copied, distributed or made publicly available.

7. VIP Support

Participants who purchase the VIP option will receive the additional support described on the sales page at the time of purchase.

This may include:

  • One 60-minute private strategy session

  • Private Offer Audit

  • Sales Page Review

  • VIP Launch Review

  • Monthly VIP Mastermind sessions

VIP services must be used within the programme period unless otherwise agreed with us in writing.

Unused VIP sessions, reviews or services do not have a cash value and are not refundable or transferable.

Reasonable notice may be required when booking private sessions or submitting work for review.

8. Your Participation

Build Once, Sell on Repeat is an implementation-focused programme.

You are responsible for:

  • Attending or watching programme sessions

9. No Guarantee of Results

We will provide training, guidance, coaching, resources and support, but we cannot guarantee any particular financial, commercial or business result.

Examples, case studies, testimonials and discussions of other participants' results are provided for illustrative purposes only and should not be interpreted as promises or guarantees that you will achieve the same results.

You remain responsible for your own business decisions and outcomes.

All programme content and materials provided by us (including videos, training, frameworks, presentations, templates, worksheets, resources, written materials and other programme content) remain our intellectual property or the intellectual property of the relevant third-party owner.

Purchasing the programme gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the materials for your own business and learning.

You may not, without our prior written permission:

  • Copy or reproduce programme materials for resale or distribution

  • Share your login or programme access with another person

  • Upload programme content to another platform or community

  • Sell, licence or commercially distribute our templates or resources

You remain the owner of the intellectual property you independently create for your own business while participating in the programme.

12. Confidentiality and Group Participation

Build Once, Sell on Repeat may involve participants discussing their businesses, ideas, challenges, finances, launches and other commercially sensitive information.

We ask all participants to respect the confidentiality of other members.

You agree not to share another participant's confidential information outside the programme without their permission.

We cannot, however, guarantee the actions of other participants and therefore recommend that you use appropriate discretion when sharing confidential or commercially sensitive information.

13. Respectful Behaviour

We want Build Once, Sell on Repeat to be a supportive and professional environment.

We reserve the right to remove a participant from the programme or community where their behaviour is abusive, discriminatory, threatening, seriously disruptive or otherwise inappropriate.

Where removal results from serious misconduct or breach of these terms, a refund will not normally be provided except where required by law.

14. Technology and Third-Party Platforms

The programme may use third-party platforms and services for video calls, course delivery, payments, email communication or community access.

We are not responsible for temporary interruptions, outages or technical issues caused by third-party services that are outside our reasonable control.

Where reasonable, we will attempt to provide an alternative or reschedule affected programme delivery.

15. Programme Access

Your access to the Build Once, Sell on Repeat programme, including the training materials, resources, recordings, live coaching, programme support and community, will continue for the six-month programme period.

At the end of the six months, your access to the programme and its materials will end.

You may be given the option to continue accessing selected training, resources, community and ongoing support by joining the Sell Your Brilliance Online membership.

Membership is not included in your Build Once, Sell on Repeat purchase and will require a separate subscription.

Any continued access will be subject to the membership options, pricing and terms available at that time. You will not be automatically enrolled or charged for membership at the end of the programme.

16. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Subject to any rights and liabilities that cannot legally be excluded, we will not be responsible for indirect or consequential business losses arising from decisions you make or actions you take based on programme content.

Our total liability in connection with your purchase will be limited to the amount you paid to us for the programme, except where the law requires otherwise.

17. Events Outside Our Control

We will not be responsible for delays or failure to provide parts of the programme where this is caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Where such circumstances materially affect programme delivery, we will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption, which may include rescheduling sessions or providing alternative delivery.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms where reasonably necessary, including to reflect changes in law, programme delivery or our business.

Changes will not materially reduce the core programme you purchased without a reasonable basis.

19. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the mandatory laws applicable where you live.
